Cars, coffee and tools
Oldtimer Breakfast June 2018 Getting up early on a Sunday morning to encounter a bunch of classic cars lurking in one space might not be worth the effort for some people, but prove them wrong! Those events are a rare sight in Luxembourg, even during the season. It is therefore always a treat to see one coming up in your agenda. The so-called "Oldtimer Breakfast" unites classic car owners and enthusiasts to give them the chance to hang out with like-minded people and admire a stunning range of automotive history. Plus there's coffee! What more could you ask for? - The classic cars'n coffee format if you will. The host of those "Oldtimer Breakfast" events is the national classic car federation always in partnership with one of their sponsors. The event took place at Classic Workshop Luxembourg (CWL) putting their workshop on display. Greeted by a beautiful MG MGA at the entrance, we found our spot on site. We grabbed our cameras and went for a coffee. Gradually more and more cars showed up as time progressed, flooding the ground capacities to its upper limits. The next thing you know is you are crossing lines with a Ferrari 512BB! Over 200 cars attended the event in total, making it a constant change in vehicle constellation. All-in-all a great event, we are already looking forward to the next one. Written by: Tom Barnich Photography: Charel Barnich | Tom Barnich
